Have some serious fun and challenge your fitness in our fabulous cardio classes such as BODYSTEP,BODYATTACK,RPM and CYCLE
Fight your way to better fitness in our awesome BODYBLITZ AND THUMP boxing based classes
And for those young at heart, come and try the ALIVE!
